“I highly recommend Kathy Thomson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professional.”
Kathy has been a friend of mine for years, long before she became my real estate agent, and I can honestly say she exceeded every expectation throughout both my home purchase and the sale of my property. From start to finish, Kathy guided me through every step of the process with exceptional professionalism and expertise. She coordinated reliable contractors when needed, negotiated effectively on my behalf, and consistently worked to ensure I received the best possible outcome. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience feel organized and seamless. Having worked with Kathy as both my buying and selling agent, I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated she is to her clients. She genuinely cares about the people she represents and always goes the extra mile to make sure their needs are met. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Kathy has done for me. She combines outstanding market knowledge with integrity, excellent communication, and a true passion for helping her clients succeed. I confidently recommend Kathy Thomson to my friends, family, and anyone looking for an exceptional real estate agent.

“Kathy Thomson is very professional and caring!”
She helped me downsized my HB home for 20 years plus and guided me in selling it within a month! She made the process less stressful, simple and problem free. Kathy is an asset to Exp Realty or to any other Realty Management 👍

“So wonderful to work with.”
Always available to look at houses and really listened to what I was looking for. Was able to go see houses before me and know which ones were potentially winners. Thankyou

“Kathy has been wonderful!!”
She really makes sure she is there to support and guide you through all the paperwork that comes along with home buying! I highly recommend selecting her as your realtor! She works with you and makes sure of your preferences in a home! I have tried working with other realtors and they were not as attentive as Kathy have been in searching for the specifics for my home of choice!! She is transparent and easy to work with! If you are looking for a home, she is definitely the professional to go to!
